When I try to look up (specifically with my pitch being below -1) while flying with an elytra and use a rocket, I rubberband and stall. This makes flying around using an elytra and rockets much more challenging than originally intended.

Please fix this ASAP!

Likely due to our anti cheat plugin, not much we can do about sadly.

Is it up to date? Try the complete latest release. There's a bug report about that issue that has been closed, and presumably fixed.

I did some extra searching and found that https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/noche...-07-25.26/ makes it known in bold text that the officially released downloads aren't very good, and to use Jenkins. I followed that link to https://ci.md-5.net/job/NoCheatPlus/ and the last stable build was 7 days ago, much more up to date than April's official release.

Updated the plugin, brody tested fireworks with an elytra seems to be fine so far.
